WCCC Garden Marker Workshop— Pickup begins Monday evening, 7/6

Hi, everyone!

Your garden markers are finished, glazed, and ready to head home!

Pickup begins Monday, July 6, at 5:30 PM in the WCCC Art Studio. You'll find them on the shelf just inside the back studio door (the exit directly to the parking lot).

If it's convenient, you're welcome to stop by during our Monday evening ceramics class (6:00–8:30 PM). I just ask that you please be mindful of the class as you come in and out. Otherwise, you're welcome to pick up your work during the Women's Club's regular open hours.

When you collect your pieces, please be extra careful to take only your own work. Each marker has your name or initials on the back to help with identification.

One of my favorite parts of the ceramics process is seeing the transformation from leather-hard clay to finished stoneware. The clear glaze really brings out all of the beautiful botanical impressions and textures you created.

I put together a short slideshow so you can follow the journey from workshop to kiln to finished pieces. I hope you enjoy the sneak peek!
